Objective:

To launch the Nike Football X range in Australia and start a small-sided football movement amongst football obsessed teens (FOTs).

Solution:

We sparked the movement by engaging 15 influencers in an exclusive street football experience. 3 crews showed their skills in a series of pick up matches across three iconic Melbourne locations - warehouse, chinatown and rooftop.
Our FOTs were then provided a once in a lifetime brand experience via our Remix the Pitch tournament. Hosted in our curated street warehouse, 20 teams of 120 players battled it out to win the ultimate bragging rights.

NAB

NAB Now

Objective:

Launch NAB’s new mobile point of sale (POS) platform, NAB Now. The campaign needed to demonstrate that NAB supports all types of small businesses by helping them get paid for their work on the spot.

Solution:

We found some unlikely small businesses and demonstrated just how easy it is to get paid on the spot. From a skydiving instructor, to a high-rise window cleaner, we gave new meaning to the term “outstanding payment”. The campaign included pre-roll, testimonials on social media and radio.

Objective:

Position BSchool as the entrepreneurial course for the new world of business and drive awareness of BSchool’s BFaculty, made up of Australia's leading entrepreneurs.

Solution:

We took a new-world approach to an old-school tradition: the scholarship. We said farewell to lengthy application forms and countless interviews. And introduced the world’s first scholarship application written in 140 characters or less.

Roshe Run

Objective:

Our challenge was to shift the perception of the Roshe product away from training and into the ‘lightweight defined’ lifestyle positioning.

Solution:

Through a content collaboration with 12 of our social influencers and 2 Nike athletes we showcased each individuals most comfortable location across Melbourne and Sydney. The resulting levitation photography was shared across each influencers network reaching of over 800,000 users with 42,000 interactions.

Objective:

Non-for-profit, 1 Giant Mind required a reinvigoration of its brand positioning, website and meditation app.

Solution:

We immersed ourselves in the 1 Giant Mind meditation approach to develop the direction 'Now Is The Time'. The creative for the new website and app focused on simplicity and represented 1 Giant Mind's vision to create an eye-opening meditation experience.

Objective:

What do you do when your Chief Financial Officer's country pub is in financial strife? First you question his financial skills. Then you get busy creating a crowdfunding campaign to raise some much-needed cash.

Solution:

In June 2015, we turned The Tatura Hotel into "The Internet’s Pub", and encouraged "The Internet" to lend a helping hand. In return for donations, we shamelessly named parts of his pub in your honour. The video had 230k views in the first 2 days and the story was picked up on The Project, The London Mirror, The London Times, Woman's Weekly and was on the front page of Reddit.com.

Objective:

Taboo was briefed by Schweppes to create a memorable and authentic brand experience at the Night Noodle Markets as part of Good Food Month across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

Solution:

Taboo developed and launched a unique and vibrant Floating Market. Drawing inspiration from the river markets of Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam. Two new flavoured Mineral Waters are served from market boats, stacked high with fruit, in a river setting running through the activation space.

The Schweppes Floating Market brings an authentic Asian experience to the Night Noodle Markets. The activation was recently featured on the #1 global trend blog, Trend Hunter.

Platform Launch

Objective:

On Market is a disruptive online platform that gives the public fair access to stock market IPOs and placements. Taboo was tasked with explaining the platform in a simple and engaging video to attract new investors.

Solution:

With On Market, you no longer need to be a stock-broking hotshot to get access to best share deals. Lose the slick haircut, unclip the suspenders and throw away that Bluetooth headset. The market is now open- to everyone.
